Breakfast Menu
Some Air BnB do not serve full breakfast the Breakfasts at the Dragon's Nest are fresh, hot and full and served every morning between the hours of 7 am - 9 am (unless previously arranged) it includes fresh fruit salad, granola, yogurt, juice, coffee and tea followed by a hot breakfast. (only one prepared daily, your selected preference can be requested with prior notice and consensus with other guests.)
Dragon's Eggs (aka - Eggs Benny) -
English muffin with a slice of ham or back bacon, egg, hollandaise sauce and fried onions.
Saskatchewan Toast - made with fresh croissants dipped in a special egg batter, served with Canadian Maple syrup and breakfast sausage/bacon.
Wascana Wraps - a savory egg, bacon, peppers, onions and cheese mixture snuggled into a soft tortilla, served with sour cream, salsa and avocados.
RCMP Breakfast - any style eggs, and bacon/sausage, along with made from scratch gourmet fried potatoes.
Roughriders Omelets - a special made with eggs, Asiago cheese, and fresh asparagus spears. (Vegetarian Option)
Babba's Breakfast - a hearty Ukrainian serving of perogies with sour cream, garlic sausage and fried eggs.
Buttermilk Pancakes - hot off the griddle served with bacon/sausage, Canadian Maple syrup and Chokecherry syrup (seasonal.)
Dragon's Nest - a breakfast pizza with eggs embedded in the crust covered
with tomato sauce, bacon, onions, and
an assortment of toppings. (Vegetarian Option)
